your question is confusing ......... both use whatever connection you have to get to the internet.
my guess is that your PC CANNOT access the internet or if it can you have a firewall blocking ports they need to use. if your PC cannot access the internet make sure its configured to use your router as its default gateway and that the network information is correct and your router is configured correctly
for email you need 25 (for smtp/outgoing email) and 110 (pop3 incomming) if your using imap then you need port 143

Workers earn a base pay of $26.55 per hour for a 40 week. Some workers work as much overtime as they can get, others only work 10 of overtime or less. The reason has caused a debate over the point of diminishing returns for working over time due to the amount of taxes that is taken out of the pay check after 10 hour. Basically it seems that the ratio between net pay and hours worked starts to drop after 10 hours. This is due to tax brackets, and the tax brackets are based on the IRS formW4 exemtions claimed.
So how do I get the numbers for the tax brackets based on all combinations of exempts, so that I can make calculations for point of diminishing return? I want to be able to graph hours worked and net pay after taxes.

For the Percentage tables the look-up amounts already have withholding allowances deducted from earnings (each one is a certain dollar amount depending on filing status). This seems to be a project that would take some effort. If it were me, I'd realize that the more hours I work the more net pay I take home (even if the extra dollars have a higher rate of tax withheld from them). Your real goal should be to gauge your withholding so that you don't owe a lot at the end of the year, and don't provide the IRS with an interest-free loan by having too much withheld.

How can I calculate point of diminishing returns for overtime net pay?
Workers earn a base pay of $26.55 per hour for a 40 week. Some workers work as much overtime as they can get, others only work 10 of overtime or less. The reason has caused a debate over the point of diminishing returns for working over time due to the amount of taxes that is taken out of the pay check after 10 hour. Basically it seems that the ratio between net pay and hours worked starts to drop after 10 hours. This is due to tax brackets, and the tax brackets are based on the IRS formW4 exemtions claimed.
So how do I get the numbers for the tax brackets based on all combinations of exempts, so that I can make calculations for point of diminishing return? I want to be able to graph hours worked and net pay after taxes.
Gross pay is ease to figure

For the Percentage tables the look-up amounts already have withholding allowances deducted from earnings (each one is a certain dollar amount depending on filing status). This seems to be a project that would take some effort. If it were me, I'd realize that the more hours I work the more net pay I take home (even if the extra dollars have a higher rate of tax withheld from them). Your real goal should be to gauge your withholding so that you don't owe a lot at the end of the year, and don't provide the IRS with an interest-free loan by having too much withheld.

when you are blocking as soon as you are coming down (unless its a tip) you are alreadly moving toward your spot. pretty much the only time you dont go straigh tot your spot is when you have to play the ball or move out of the setter's way so they can get to it.

the first step will be to take your right foot and move it so that your body is parrallel to the side wall and perpendicular to the net.then move your left foot a little bit in front of your right and so that you are facing away from the net and your also parralel to the net.then using both feet jumparound so yuor facing the net again and your feet are on the 10 foot line and your ready for your approach, when you get this mastered it takes about one second.

It is largely mental to transition fast - I played middle for club ball and that was something the coaches were on us about all the time. What helped me was, as soon as the block either happens or doesn't, find the floor , open up to the setter, and HUSTLE to the 10 foot line. For the most part, you don't need to be any farther back than that. You want to open up to know where the ball is and where the setter is, so if she has to set from somewhere unusual, you can adjust and be involved in the offensive options...

I played starting MB/MH for 3+ years in college, so I can understand what you want to do.
Without the block action, you should start at the 10-ft line for your 3-step approach.
After your block action, you can take one step back for a 1-step approach, or no step back and ';half-step'; approach. Unless it is a free ball, you would not have enough time to do 3-step approach.
Keep yourself open to the setter so you know how the pass goes to your setter and whether the setter is willing to set a 1-ball... if not, you don't have to rush back, just settle for a 2-ball hit (which is probably what you have to do anyway if you and your setter are not so in synch). My setter was able to ';hear'; my approach and decide how high to set me. Also when he wanted to set 1-ball but I was not in the air, he would change to 2-ball, or set for OH. I also could reach out with my left hand while my right hand was pretending to hit the short/quick set, so the left hand tip could actually catch my opponent off guard. We did a lot of combinations, and had lots of fun.

the first step will be to take your right foot and move it so that your body is parrallel to the side wall and perpendicular to the net.then move your left foot a little bit in front of your right and so that you are facing away from the net and your also parralel to the net.then using both feet jumparound so yuor facing the net again and your feet are on the 10 foot line and your ready for your approach, when you get this mastered it takes about one second.

What helped me was, as soon as the block either happens or doesn't, find the floor , open up to the setter, and HUSTLE to the 10 foot line. For the most part, you don't need to be any farther back than that. You want to open up to know where the ball is and where the setter is, so if she has to set from somewhere unusual, you can adjust and be involved in the offensive options...

Without the block action, you should start at the 10-ft line for your 3-step approach.
After your block action, you can take one step back for a 1-step approach, or no step back and ';half-step'; approach. Unless it is a free ball, you would not have enough time to do 3-step approach.
Keep yourself open to the setter so you know how the pass goes to your setter and whether the setter is willing to set a 1-ball... if not, you don't have to rush back, just settle for a 2-ball hit (which is probably what you have to do anyway if you and your setter are not so in synch). My setter was able to ';hear'; my approach and decide how high to set me. Also when he wanted to set 1-ball but I was not in the air, he would change to 2-ball, or set for OH. I also could reach out with my left hand while my right hand was pretending to hit the short/quick set, so the left hand tip could actually catch my opponent off guard. We did a lot of combinations, and had lots of fun.

If tying this with lashing rope, lay out the large rope with the bends marked out on each strand (which will all be the same length if your final net is going to be square). Then use some 4 or 5mm accessory cord to lash the marked points together - the double fisherman knot tied over the two main pieces of rope will work.

hi there, i am just about to do my water change and was wondering, how do i clean my breeding net? it is looking really dirty and i have corydora fry living in it. is there an easy way of cleaning it without harming the fish?

you can make a gentle siphon out of a piece of air tubing and carefully suck out the debris. Watch that you don't slurp up any babies!
Don't remove your fry and don't use a sponge or any type.How do i clean a breeding net?

Half dose methylene blue.
Once Cory fry are visible, (10mm), let them out the net.
Only thing that will harm an armour plated catfish is your gravel filter and they don't move, so be careful.

How do you get over the net and spike the ball if your short?
My coach tells me i have an excellent approach, form, and swing. He says it's probably one of da best on the team. However, i am only 5' 4'; nd i have trouble gettin over da net. you do need to get over the net to hit thats just a fact, you basically are just shooting the ball by putting good spin on it other wise. Obviously you are at a disadvantage but you can develope a nice leap through plyometric training. I built my leap to 40 inches in college playing and training on the beach. Although some of it is genetic I believe anyone can get hops if they work hard. I recommend a high protein diet, and doing some of the following...
Jumpsquats with weights, interval running in the deep sand, running up and down sand dunes, having a training partner make a bridge on hands and knees and taking a volleyball approach and max jumping over him doing three sets of like fifty. You also want to be training you core as your abs are important in volleyball as well. You need to train hard and search the internet for new ideas or get a trainer, and over the course of a few months you can add anywhere from 4 to 10 inches to your leap. My entire highschool team was jumping in the mid thirties, and shorter guys tend to jump higher if there in shape so there is hope...

im tall so i dont have this problem. but all i can think of is..... improve you vertical. than you can smash the ball down. i am 5'9'' and i have an amazing vertical. every summer, i do my approach and i can jump higher and higher every volleyball season. the higher i can jump, the harder and better i can spike the ball....
my advice; put a peice of tape on the wall like 10 inches taller than you are. and jump with your approach and hit that peice of tape over and over again. 50+ times a day. its that is to easy or gets too easyyy... move the tape up.... just jumping will improve your vertical tons.
jjust keep jumping. *remember when you jump, to bend low and swing ups for more upward momentom upwards.

Are you planning on putting it on a shirt? How many times would you be using the stencil?
For stenciling on a shirt, the best thing is to print out the picture, tape it to a piece of freezer paper, using an exacto knife-cut out the parts that you want to paint-once you are done, remove the top piece of paper and then use the freezer paper on the shirt. You can iron it to the shirt and use it as a stencil that won't move. when it's dry-you can remove the freezer paper without any mess.
If you want just a stencil, again-tape the paper onto a piece of cardstock, cut out with exacto knife when finished, removed. Pretty sturdy stencil. If you needed something you could use more often, you could use cardboard-or even a transparency for an overhead projector.

How to catch cats with a net?
On occasions I have encountered injured/frightened stray cats which will not be lured by food, and so will not enter traps. Usually time is also not luxury depending on their condition.
Does anyone have a advice on how to sneak up on an alert cat with a pole net? How do professionals do it as they will certainly bolt seeing the net coming?How to catch cats with a net?
I know how to catch coons with kits, but not cats. Cats are harder. Here's my trick. I have a 6' x 1'; dowel rod. One eye hook on the bottom end, one eye hook on the top thirds. I thread stranded wire thru the bottom hook after I have it attatched to the top hook so it looks like a tear drop. I slip the noose around the neck of the animal and tighten the top eye hook wire until caught.
Since the dowel is smaller and they can't really see the wire, it works better than a net.How to catch cats with a net?
I don't think a net on a pole is the best idea to begin with. Maybe just a net you throw over them? Or a normal tarp or sheet? Sorry I'm not an expert.

i say tie a woolly sock to the end of your rod, and try to divert the cat's attention to you. and if the cat's injured, there's no need to do anything. injured cats cant really move really fast, so just walk up to them calmly and slowly and pick them up. wear leather gloves, though. they scratch like hell. :)
