How can I get internet on my ks360 web slider to go on the net?

I've had my ks360 web slider for over 6 months and I bought it unlocked and I've inserted my telstra sim and it says my internet wont work. I really want to go on the net on it.When I click browser this is what appears ';a communication error occurred'; This appears when loading and trying to connect to the net. HELP!!!!!!!!
