What does 96x130 mean when we see any image on net?

Which resolution of image is better if someone wants to pick out of many images? Is there any way that we can change the resolution of the downloaded image from net. If yes How?What does 96x130 mean when we see any image on net?
This shows how many pixels high and wide the image is. The resolution that the image is uploaded to the internet is the best you are going to get. You can enlarge the picture if you would like and change the numbers that you are talking about but the resolution is preset once it's on the internet.

You could use Image Resolution Increasing Software which would make it better I suppose, but I have never used one of these programs so I could not tell you how they work.

Here is a link to Image Resolution Increasing Software...

96x130 means 93px wide and 130px high

if you download/save a pic ot your computer you can open it with like paint or gimp and resize it to what any size you want

higher resolution often means better quality of the pic
96X103 means area of the image in pixels. Pixels are little squares of color (if you didn't know).

the higher the pixels, the better overall quality of the image. Like 1080p HD is something like

1240x1080
96x130 is the pixals per inch. 93pixals wide and 130pixals high. That is not a standard size. Standard size would be like 800 x 600. High deff is considered 1920x1080. Goto this link and it explains it in pretty great detail. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Display_res鈥?/a>
