How do you customize a Net 10 phone (Add your own ringtones etc)?

I have a net 10 L300G phone and im wondering if i can connect it to PC or email ringtones to it, as i desperately want to add my own ringtones sound effects and images!! Can i do this? If so, how?How do you customize a Net 10 phone (Add your own ringtones etc)?
