Hello! I am trying to lose 10 pounds. I run off 400 calories 5 times a week and each day I eat 1200-1300 calories.
So I have a net intake of about 900 a day.
How much weight can I lose a week doing this (I have a 20 BMI) and is there any advice on losing weight faster? The lower I get, the harder it is.What's the lowest net calorie intake a woman should get?
get up to 1500 cals and you will be fine.
