How long does it take for a story to upload on fanfiction.net?

I just uploaded a story on Fanfiction.net. How long will it take before it's available for everyone to view it?

All these answers are wrong. True, you get the email immediately, but the site says something like 4 TO 8 HOURS. That's the time it takes for it to be listed with the other stories.

You should have been getting an email confirming that its uploaded.



Well, when I post it, I wait until a few days for replies. Don't be so impatient. Your story will be read. Your story should have been uploaded in the category of where you put it just as you uploaded it under your Story list.
when you post it, published it, boom.

Its just there.
