How do you calculate the average net force?

A 19 g bullet is fired from a rifle. It takes 3.15 10-3 s for the bullet to travel the length of the barrel, and it exits the barrel with a speed of 600 m/s. Assuming that the acceleration of the bullet is constant, find the average net force exerted on the bullet. How do you calculate the average net force?
Acceleration = change in Velocity/change in time

(600m/s)(3.15x10^-3s)= 1.9x10^5m/s^2

Sum of all forces = mass x acceleration

(0.019kg)(1.9x10^5m/s^2) = 3610N
