I suppose you are talking about UGC-NET/CSIR-NET.
You are qualified to be a teacher/Lecturer in Gocernment Degree Colles/Universities.
Apart from that you can do research with this eligibility in many of the institutions.
You will be given stipend to continue ur research...and it will be around 16K/PM as JRF and 20K/PM as SRF.
Additionally You are given many allowances like Medical,Books to pursue ur studies.Later on depending on ur specialization of research you can either work with R%26amp;D companies or settle as Professor in any institute.
And the salary for the Professors/Lecturers will be according to the UGC scales...as a fresher u will get around 28K/PM at the level of Associate Professor.
