I just got a new net book for Christmas and I am trying to change the background on it but i don't know how I looked all over my computer for something but I cant find it. its a compact.How do I change my background on my net book computer?
If it has Windows 7 Starter on it, which most new net books do, you can't without downloading programs. It is just a basic version of 7 and they decided that they don't want background editing on it. You can search for Windows 7 background changer on Google and get a program that changes it for you.
