What is the total ionic and net ionic equations for Nitric Acid and Ammonium Hydroxide?

For the molecular equation I got:

HNO3(aq) + NH4OH(aq) --%26gt; NH4NO3(aq) + H20(l)

However, I'm completely lost on how to write the total ionic and net ionic equations for this. Also, I'm not sure if the state of matter for NH4NO3 is correct. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!What is the total ionic and net ionic equations for Nitric Acid and Ammonium Hydroxide?
HNO3(aq) + NH4OH(aq) ==%26gt; NH4NO3(aq) + H20(l)

Total ionic:

H+ + NO3- + NH4+ + OH- ==%26gt; NH4+ + NO3- + H20(l)

net ionic:

H+ + OH- ==%26gt; H2O (l)
