How do i ask for this hair style a layered bob or shorter in the front longer in the back bob? lol

and is those highlights called partial highlights or just streaksHow to ask for this hairstyle?
How about printing the picture?

Bring in the picture. That way, the hair stylist has what you want right in front of her to work off of, instead of assuming and potentially messing it up and losing a client.
its a midlength to short layered cut. with gradual trim to the front and more in the back. and those are streaks. but i would suggest to bring the pic if you can.
A bob or a-line means longer in the front and shorter in the back. It doesn't sound like that's what you want... as for the highlights they're called streaks. Partial is where either the top half is highlighted or bottom half is highlighted. Being a hair stylist I prefer my clients bring in pictures that way there's no chance of me getting it wrong and i can visually see what to do. Hope it Helped!
